Our CharMakers
The CharMaker is a sustainable solution for biomass conversion, provided as either a mobile or fixed-location unit.
Its advanced technology efficiently processes a wide range of wet and dry feedstocks, either continuously or in large batches.
With these two technologies, almost all biomass feedstocks are suitable for our machines:
Batch Pyrolysis Plant (BPP)
will process logs, sticks, and branches (unchipped) in 7~12 hrs depending on moisture content.
Continuous Pyrolysis Plant (CPP)
this processes smaller fractioned biomass such as wood chips, wheat straws, rice straws, chicken litter, saw dust/shavings, and biosolids. With an adjustable residence time of 7~60 minutes depending on size, energy, and moisture content.
